Corvara in summer

the magic of the Dolomites awaits you in Alta Badia

Your summer holiday in the Dolomites of South Tyrol

If you love long treks at high altitude to admire up close the peaks of the famous Dolomites such as Sassongher, Gherdenacia and Sas dla Crusc, Corvara is the perfect starting point. From here you can reach the tops of our mountains and be enchanted by splendid views, green valleys and small alpine lakes surrounded by extraordinary nature.

If you like climbing, sublime via ferratas await you! Tridentina, Piccolo Cir, Le Ciaval sul Sas dla Crusc, Les Cordes are just some of the most famous via ferratas in Alta Badia.

If, on the other hand, you are a passionate cyclist, you can travel the Dolomite passes and experience unforgettable adventures. Events such as the Sellaronda Bike Day and the Maratona dles Dolomites are now unmissable events for two-wheel lovers.

Sellaronda Bike Day and Maratona dles Dolomites

The Sellaronda Bike Day has become a tradition for bike lovers. On this occasion, all the Dolomite passes around the Sella massif (Campolongo, Gardena, Pordoi and Sella) are closed to traffic and reserved for cyclists, without the usual car traffic.

The Maratona dles Dolomites is a cycling race - classified as a granfondo - which takes place every year between Trentino-Alto Adige and Veneto at the beginning of July. It is a real celebration that involves not only those who participate, but the entire valley!

The Museum Ladin, Ursus ladinicus and the one dedicated to the Great War - "Tre Sassi" Museum on the Val Parola pass, tell the history of our valley and preserve the identity of an ancient people.

And, after a day spent learning about Ladin origins, what could be better than abandoning yourself to the warmth and scents of our SPAs?
