Sport Badia was born more than twenty years ago, almost for fun, after an aperitif with friends returning from trekking to the summit of Sassongher, the mountain symbol of Corvara - in Alta Badia.
The elements underlying this new adventure are few but all essential: a great passion for sport, careful attention to detail, a predilection for companies attentive to the theme of sustainability and an unconditional love for the Dolomites, mountains with ancient charm and extraordinary beauty.
After the first years of activity, which focused on selling apparel for alpine skiing and outdoor activities, a ski rental service was introduced in 2009. This service remains available online during the winter months.
For about five years, Sport Badia has offered a wide variety of apparel for skiing, outdoor activities, and trekking, along with several fashion brands such as Ecoalf, Hinnominate and Varley.

Our philosophy
Heliane Pezzedi – who has been carrying out this project with grit and passion since 2005 – will win you over with her positive energy.
Always very attentive to the selection of brands to recommend, Heliane prefers those companies that care about the sustainability of their products, that are attentive to the well-being of their collaborators and that promote Made in Italy.

At Sport Badia, there are both historic and internationally known brands, as well as small companies that are less well-known, but that make high quality and innovation their flagship.
Since 2002, in addition to the flagship store on the main street of Corvara, there has been an outlet store too, which will be transformed into a store entirely dedicated to the Icepeak brand in winter 2025.
